Legend is a big believer in saying thank you and acknowledging every single person that contributes to our clients’ success. We especially love this time of year because, for a brief moment in the calendar, things quiet down for the holidays. For those of us that produce conferences, meetings, fundraisers, award shows, and corporate videos, the holidays represent a slight pause in the schedule.  A welcome few weeks to be with friends and family gives us pause to reflect on the year that was, and the new beginning that lies ahead in 2017.  

More importantly, I’d like to use this time and space to give thanks to so many people that are part of this wonderful Legendary life.   First and foremost, we want thank the many individuals that make up our team… our staff, our freelancers that are family to us, our crews, partners, and subcontractors.  This is a special group of professionals – tireless in their efforts to please our clients and their audiences, passionate about what they do, and the most excellent in their crafts.  We could not serve our clients as well as we do without the love we have for one another.

I’d like to thank the families and significant others of our our employees and freelancers.  Anyone in the event or video production business will acknowledge that it’s an extraordinary physical and mental commitment to projects – whether a one night event in midtown Manhattan, or a ten day offsite in Dubai. The time spent planning, detailing, designing, creating, emailing, editing and producing oftentimes means sacrifice.  We appreciate that sacrifice.

Last, but not least, I want to thank our clients.  We’ve been at this business of producing global events and videos for nearly 30 years.  We love what we do, and we could not do it without the trust and loyalty of our clients that put their most high level events in our hands.  We consider our clients to be friends, and there’s nothing more rewarding than to have a client vendor partnership turn into a friendship.  

So, as each of us celebrate the Holidays and New Year, we hope you’ll take a moment to reflect on the people that make a difference in your life and contribute to your business success, and say thank you.
